John Paul’s digitally-enhanced concierge is a finalist at the Loyalty Magazine Awards for Best Use of CRM, Best Omnichannel Loyalty Initiative of the Year and Best Loyalty Programme of the Year – Financial Services.
John Paul presented VISA as a customer case, for whom we redesigned the customer journey creating a bespoke loyalty programme for their cardholders, including Concierge services and a digital platform with personalised content driving customer engagement.
