Today, the automotive industry represents a major part of the Group’s sales, and is the second formal sector for John Paul, after banking & insurance. John Paul is joining the Paris World Motor Show and validating its role in the automotive sector.

The John Paul solution allows car manufacturers to create real relationships with their customers and respond to their growing issues around mobility. To facilitate continuous communication between brands and drivers, the group relies on three areas of expertise: concierge services, relationship clubs, and offers of personalized content, thus animating the driver’s daily life wherever he is.
In addition to classic concierge services by email or by telephone, the driver can contact his concierge via a dedicated mobile application for all his daily demands related to the vehicle or travel: transportation, restaurants, experiences, or accommodation.
Also, thanks to John Paul’s wide network of partners in the fields of maintenance, parking, accommodation, and transportation, drivers can directly reserve a parking space, order a car wash service, have their car repaired during working hours, as well as reserve a restaurant in the area thanks to the vehicle’s geolocation system, or even organize their next trip from A to Z.
Customers of the largest car brands are now benefiting from John Paul’s services in white label. For example, the group works with DIAC (financing for the brands Renault, Dacia, Nissan and Infiniti France) with the relational programs: CLUB DIAC and CLUB Nissan Finance. Subsequently, the RRG group (Renault Retail Group) has trusted John Paul with the launch of their new Alpine A110.
