What do you do at John Paul?
I’m a Business Developer at John Paul. We are responsible for generating new revenue for John Paul by signing contracts with new brands.
Our mission is to help our clients (usually big brands in various industries such as automotive, financial services, luxury…) to optimize their customer journey and enrich the existing loyalty programs in order to propose a seamless experience to the final customers. Our offer is based on three pillars: Concierge Services, Affinity Marketing & the creation of “Money-Can’t-Buy” Experiences.
So that means providing our clients with tailor-made recommendations for implementing loyalty solutions (concierge services, marketing, experiences…), prospecting customers, responding to requests for proposals from various industries, presenting our solutions…
How long have you been working at John Paul?
I’ve been working at John Paul since January 2017.
What’s the best part of your job?
There are several interesting aspects: meeting exceptional clients and contacts, like marketing teams from large companies, helping them enrich or build their loyalty strategy…Another aspect that I like is the variety of our missions, because we work with a lot of industries with different issues. Every day is different! But of course, one of the best parts of this job is signing contracts! 🙂

What is John Paul to you in 1 word?
I would say “Service” because it is John Paul’s core business
What do you do in your free time?
I go out with my friends, I love to travel when I have free time, explore and enjoy Paris…
