Commitments

More than a public issue, John Paul undertakes respectable and responsible actions to serve its Members and support its employees.

Whether they be environmental, societal, ethnic, religious or human, John Paul is committed to taking up these primordial challenges and places immense importance and value on respect for people.

An open and available Works Council regularly convenes committees throughout the year to work towards improving QWL in the workplace, purchasing complies with a "quality and responsibility" charter (particularly when selecting goodies) and all employees work harder each year to limit incidental energy expenditure and food waste.

Also, keen to combine pleasure and mutual aid, John Paul's Communications and Human Resources departments regularly suggest opportunities for John Paulee employees to take part in various solidarity projects, such as workshops on disability, sports races or toy collections for children.
