Why have you chosen to collaborate with John Paul Concierge Services?

“The O Lifestyle venture is the fruit of forty years engagement in over seventy luxury resorts, something which has blessed us with a clear understanding of the demands of affluent travellers and established an appreciation of the value of excellence.

Since the golden era of grande dame hotels, the exquisite talents of a dedicated concierge has been of paramount importance to discerning guests enjoying the excellence of a specific hotel. Historically, this has been of such consequence that a guest would frequently choose their preferred hotel based on the quality, capabilities, service, and feelings generated by their concierge.

But this personal principle has to a large degree been lost to the passage of time, and while luxury hotels still engage talented concierges of the highest calibre, it is rare for any traveller today to choose their preferred lodging based on the service of the concierge. This tells you something.

While the concierge concept has grown over the years, been commercialised with the advent of a plethora of competing companies offering a diverse array of functions and even automated systems where concierges are replaced by AI, it has almost lost the hotel-concierge connection which has been the very DNA of the concept since inception. Almost.

John Paul has proved over the years that its commitment to excellence is of paramount importance and a central element to the personalized service it provides. While a Concierge may find you a table at the hottest restaurant, or impossible to get tickets to the most popular extravaganza, a concierge’s ability to save a client’s time through the application of efficiency, ingenuity and resolute excellence is a greatly prized and rare gift.

As clients of O Lifestyle, our owners and members have achieved the ability to optimise their lifestyle preferences relating to private aviation, travel, luxury real estate, yachting and other such privileges their status affords them.
